Posted by eric thomas on October 4, 2013 at 11:40 PM Comments comments (0)

If you are like me and have more then 100 girl friends, then youd be broke all year round trying to by birthday present to each and everyone, and you would also know you cant get the same present to two different girl or else they start joking on how you got it at buy one get one free shop. These days even nice scented candle or soap can cost more the 50 dollar. I found women fashion backpack is the wholly grail for birthday gifts. One you dont have to worry about size and most small items like womens rings are very affordable much better then scented candle as it is more though full and shows the girl friends you care. Lets face it theyll love it more as it would add option to their wardrobe.

So to share another secret with you, my favourite online store Purple Reign fashion accessories on www.purplereign.au this store seem to feature the latest in fashion jewellery and fashion accessories. They are very selective when and they only carry limited stock so I know my girlfriends wont be getting another present like it. The quality is far above it price you can actually get a stunning womens earrings that would normally cost 100 dollars for half or third of that price.

Ive also took the chance of perusing through their mens rings and mens cuffs and my man is now accessorised and fashionable of course it took little persuading to get him to wear a nice leather cuff with semi matching ring but when he did he loved it. And now he wants to get more. My next project is to get his ears pierced for I love Purple Reigns mens earrings collection.

So ladies if you are stressed about a gift for your girls and want a cool idea for a gift then look no further then Purple reigns fresh backpack, go to the womens wings category and pick me up oops meant to say pick here up a nice zirconia crystal earrings for he I meant me.

Monday:A ponytail

Classy but it's always a great catch.

Tuesday:A bun with a bun wrap

The bun is not only a chic hairstyle to show off the face and neck and trendy statement necklaces and embellished collars, but a practical and easy for the busy people! :)

Wednesday: Fishtail

We can safely say that the fishtail braid or plait is a Beautylish favorite. Whether perfectly neat or purposely messy, the texture and seemingly complicated pattern of this sea-inspired style provide a refreshing visual twist on your typical 3-strand weave.

Thursday:Loose curls

I totally love loose curls especially making a few braids before bed and when I wake up,I get these lovely loose curls or when I get the time, I use my curling iron!

FridayFrench Braid

The French braid is a beautiful and classic hairstyle. It may appear to look complicated, but the finished effect will be worth the effort.

Saturday:Straight Hair

So Saturday is mainly going out and the day to use the flat iron. It always gives a nice look!

Sunday:  probbaly formal going to church like I do you should have a bun w/ a rose

Background Colours

Hi Everyone

Here are some thoughts on the background colour of  this website. Keeping it neutral keeps the focus on the content.

So if you are here for fashion, art, DIY, or wanting to part of the magazine your encouraged to go to those areas and participate.

If you look at sites (like Polyvore) they keep their background clear, no attention drawn there at all. You go to where you want to, contests, look up current fashion, make sets, collections etc....just being creative.

They make their money on the companies that choose to advertise their product, being clothing, interior design, music, art....overall just being creative. They  are linked to all the companies that advertise with them for you to by from them (not Polyvore)

This for me should be a fun site, not bombarded with lots of different types of fashion, give the members a chance to create themselves. This could be the niche here.....but still linked with Polyvore for ideas.

Maybe contests in relation to new designs (fashion, art, interior design) would be a way to go...just a thought.

If you still want to have something else in the background it needs to be something suttle...and consistent, otherwise the target audience just gets confused...

Take care all be safe and happy

Item Review : EOS Lip Balm

Posted by Kay ♥ on November 12, 2012 at 4:55 PM Comments comments (1)

Okay, yesterday I bought the Sweet Mint EOS Sphere. It smells amazing! Actually, it smells like Sweet Mint Orbit Gum, if any of you guys had it before. (: Okay, enough about the scent, here goes the review.

Okay, EOS stands for Evolution of Smooth! Yes, and the Sweet Mint EOS Sphere does make your lips very, very smooth. However, even though it is considered a lip balm, EOS doesn't exactly help chapped lips, it just makes your lips very smooth.

One thing I really like about this product is that it is 95% organic, 100% natural! All EOS lip balms do not contain petroleum at all, which means that your lip balm isn't as greasy or oily.

How I recommend you use your EOS Lip Balm:

You should use a medicating chapstick, or a chapstick that helps your lips if they are chapped or dry. I specifically use Blistex Simple and Sensitive Chapstick, because it has no scent, and it helps my lips a lot, when they're chapped, which happens often during the winter! So first, I suggest you apply your chapstick of choice first, so you can get your lips unchapped, etc. Then, you take your EOS and then you apply it on for smooth lips and the scent!

Oh, and another topic I must get onto for EOS. The sphere. It's VERY easy to drop into your purse and find without looking, just by the size. It's a ball, what else! HOWEVER. If you try to stick the EOS in your pocket, it's like trying to fit a orange into your ear. You can't really do that, can you? Didn't think so. However, if you wear some baggy khakis or something, I think it would fit in there.

It's a bit pricey for a lip balm. I bought mine for $3, and honestly, I thought the EOS was a bit larger, but I had to see what all the hype was about. To be honest, this didn't live up to all the hype, and extravagance I expected it to be, but I love it either way. The packaging is cute, and you can even draw and design on the sphere.

EOS would be a nice gift to give someone, if they don't take it offensive you think they have chapped lips. I would like this as a gift if someone gave it to me! They sell it as a collection, I think EOS has one collection. It's called the Alice in Wonderland collection, this would be a nice gift.

It's flavors are:

  • Blueberry Potion
  • Sweet Vanilla Nonsense
  • Watermelon Wonderland                                                                                                                                                It cost about $8.00 - $20.00 dollars!

Enjoy your EOS if you buy any in the future, or if you have any now!

Xoxo~ Kay!
